The Children's Ministry of Parkview Baptist Church exists to partner with parents in encouraging children to believe in Jesus as their Savior, belong to the local body of believers at Parkview Baptist Church, and become Christlike. The safety of our children is a priority at Parkview. Every volunteer that serves in our Next Generation ministries has been screened and trained to ensure our children remain safe. We have a check-in system located at the Children and Preschool welcome desks.
On Sundays, all of our children dig into God's Word through The Gospel Project. The Gospel Project for Kids immerses kids in the gospel through every story, theological concept, and call to mission from Genesis to Revelation. Everything that our Kindergarten through 5th Grade children learn during their Life Groups is reinforced during Children's Worship in the Clubhouse.
Life Groups (1st Grade-5th Grade): 9:45am
Children's Worship (Kindergarten-5th Grade): 11:00am
Wednesday Nights - Awana Clubs
The name Awana comes from the phrase “approved workman are not ashamed” from 2 Timothy 2:15. In other words: believers are eager to share the good news of the gospel. In Awana Clubs, children age 2 through 5th grade will learn foundational Bible truths and memorize scripture every week.
The Awana Ministry helps us partner with parents to teach our children to know and love God.
Kid's Worship Choir meets during Awana Clubs.
